Back in January when we decided to embark on this 9,000 mile cross country adventure it felt so far away.
Now, our departure day is upon us and a plethora of words come flooding to my mind when I think of what we are about to do. Togetherness (like no other- all 4 of us 82 days 24/7) , Adventure, Craziness (as in, we are about to do whaaa?!? And for HOW long!!!), Excitement, Picturesque, Bonding, Exploring, Learning (life lessons, about ourselves as individuals and as a family, Mother Nature and all the splendor and amazement the National Parks have to offer, museums and all kinds of sights to see in the 27 states we will travel through, honing our creative skills while we journal and blog, sketch, take photographs and enhancing our parenting skills and patience thinking of all the ways to keep the girls occupied and engaged during the drive times), and most of all Memorable.
